Shipping

• Delivery Time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days across India.
• Order Cutoff Time: orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched faster. Weekend/public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
• Free Shipping: available across India.
• Tracking: once dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you that can be used at https://tonirossi.aftership.com/
• Address Changes: modifications to the delivery address are not possible after an order is placed.

Exchanges & Returns

• Return Window: you may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if there are any manufacturing defects or size issues. Please note that the actual colour may vary a bit from the images shown here.
• Return Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and accessories intact.
• How to Return: Please request for the Return/Exchange via our dedicated portal https://tonirossi.aftership.com/returns.
• For any size/fit/colour issues we only offer replacements not returns. Returns are only accepted for product mismatches and damaged products.
• The product should be returned in original condition along with the product tag and accessories in the same packaging it was delivered. if the product tag/Price tag is removed, we will not be accepting the returns/exchanges.
• Exclusions: items bought under promotions, clearance sales, or special offers can only be exchanged for available sizes/products within the same sale.

Refunds

• Shipping Costs: For Return we will charge Rs.300/- as Shipping and Processing Costs
• Gift Returns: If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval. If not, the refund will go to the original buyer.
