Returns and Exchanges
At Toni Rossi, our endeavour is to provide our customers with high-quality genuine leather shoes crafted with great care and love. To ensure you receive a great pair of shoes that meets international standards, each pair of Toni Rossi goes through several rounds of quality check.
However, in a rare event where you do not like the fit, color or design of a shoe, or if you receive a defective or damaged product you can simply exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery or apply for a return under the following conditions:
- Please request for the Return/Exchange via our dedicated portal https://tonirossi.aftership.com/returns.
- For any size/fit/color issues we only offer replacements not returns. Returns are only accepted for product mismatches and damaged products.

The product should be returned in original condition along with the product tag and accessories in the same packaging it was delivered. if the product tag/Price tag is removed, we will not be accepting the returns/exchanges.
- If the product was delivered in a damaged condition, please share a picture of the damaged product along with the original invoice and packaging when you file for return via our return and exchange portal .The reason for return/exchange should be mentioned in the portal so that our team can verify and process the return/exchange.
- Please note that only one free return/exchange per customer is allowed, anything more than that will be charged a nominal fee. The order amount will be refunded after deducting the Return/Exchange fee for more than one Return/Exchange.
Note: Products purchased under Special offers and Sale/EOSS/Clearance sale, can only be exchanged with the “available Size” & “product in the same sale/offer”. These are non-returnable products.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
Kindly note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Refunds
The refund will be processed within 7-10 Working days after we receive your product and it's in the same conditions as the images shared via the portal. Refund will be processed to the original payment method unless you have opted for Store Credits. You will receive an email once the refund is processed.
